Decentralised care. Central control.

One medical team supervises care at many sites. Trained staff measure on site with standardised device kits; physicians review remotely — by video or asynchronously — and stay responsible for every decision.

Connected device kit
The device kit: blood pressure, blood glucose, pulse oximetry, ear temperature and weight — connected through one gateway, measured on site, reviewed centrally.

What we built — and can build for you

Everything below is in production today — for example at CareConnect by Medizin Vernetzt. Their brand on the front, our modules behind it.

  • One team, many sites
Care happens locally; physicians supervise remotely and carry the medical responsibility.
  • Fast to roll out, easy to adapt
Permanent or temporary sites go live in days and follow changing demand.
  • Clinical decisions with full context
Device data, documentation and patient interaction in one view.
  • Device kits that just work
Matched medical devices and software: measured on site, transmitted automatically, reviewed in real time.
  • Face scan: camera-based vital signs
Blood pressure, pulse, heart-rate variability and respiration from a short smartphone camera scan — running on our engine, no extra hardware.
  • White-label and integrations
Your brand, your sites, connected to existing systems. Hosted in Germany with full data control.

Where it runs

One platform, five kinds of sites — permanent or temporary.

  • Primary care and networks
Extend your reach without hiring more physicians and reduce unnecessary referrals.
  • Specialist and outpatient services
Move routine checks and follow-ups out of the clinic, with central documentation and clear responsibility.
  • Inpatient and long-term care
Medically supervised treatment inside existing nursing homes.
  • Community access points
Community centres, pharmacies or schools become safe triage and health stations in underserved regions.
  • Temporary and pop-up sites
Hotels, shelters or hybrid facilities: care where no infrastructure exists yet.

How a case flows

  1. Treated locally. Patients are seen in the local care centre — fewer unnecessary hospital and GP visits.
  2. Standard protocols. Trained staff follow the same protocols and use identical device kits at every site.
  3. Measured once. Readings and findings are captured once and stored centrally.
  4. Physician review. Physicians join by live video when needed, review cases asynchronously and decide the next steps — several sites at a time, no travel.
  5. Executed and documented. Instructions are carried out on site and documented centrally.

Questions we get

What is a care hub?

A room with a trained nurse or paramedic, a standardised device kit and a secure connection to the supervising physicians. Nearly any room can become one.

Do physicians have to be on site?

No. Care is delivered locally by trained staff; physicians supervise remotely and remain responsible for medical decisions.

Can one physician cover several sites?

Yes. Cases arrive in one queue, live video is one click away, and nothing requires travel.

Which measurements are supported?

The kit is configured per use case. Readings from connected devices are transmitted automatically; the camera-based face scan delivers blood pressure, pulse, heart-rate variability and respiration without extra hardware. New devices are integrated on request.
