Video consultations in statutory care
If your users are patients with statutory insurance, your platform has to clear a bar that generic video tools do not: certification under Anlage 31b BMV-Ä, German hosting, and a way for the consultation to be billed. That is our home ground.
Up to 50 participants
The register caps how many people may join one billable session. Our cap of 50 is the highest of any certified provider in Germany — enough for group therapy, case conferences and training.
Billing that closes the loop
For one customer, statutory billing with Techniker Krankenkasse runs through our EDIFACT interface: a completed consultation becomes a settled claim without re-keying.
