Services & Modules

Our platform works like a construction kit: you combine exactly the modules your use case needs — fully white-label, in your branding, hosted in Germany, and ready to launch in weeks. Here is what each module does and how a project with us works. We have been building these platforms since 2016. More than one million video consultations have run on them since.

Nine modules. One platform.

01

Video

Secure video consultations and calls, built directly into your platform — encrypted, browser-based, on any device.  No app and no download — your users join straight from the browser on desktop, tablet or phone. The module is certified under Anlage 31b BMV-Ä for statutory video consultations and can be certified for your own white-label platform. Video case conferences between professionals under Anlage 31c are supported as well.

02

Booking

Online appointment booking your clients can use around the clock — with real-time availability and automated reminders. Appointments are booked by reason for visit and service type, so the right slot length and the right professional are selected automatically. The booking widget can sit on the website you already have, long before you run a full platform. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, which is what actually brings the no-show rate down.

03

Payment

Integrated payments and invoicing without third-party tools — settled directly inside your platform. Fees can be taken at booking or after the appointment, and every transaction is documented for your accounting. Self-pay services, packages and no-show fees are handled by the same module.

04

User management

Roles, permissions and profiles for every type of user — from a single practice to a multi-site organisation. A single practice, an MVZ with several sites or a nationwide network all use the same model, so growing does not mean migrating. Every profile carries the qualifications, languages and services that drive search and booking, and access is scoped per role so people only see what they should.

05

Devices

Connect medical and IoT devices and stream their data live into consultations and records. The professional sees the reading while talking to the patient, and the value lands in the record instead of being read out over the phone. Which devices are connected is decided per project — the module is built as an interface, not as a fixed device list.

06

Calendar

Shared calendars and scheduling across teams, rooms and locations — always in sync with booking. Working hours, absences and service-specific slot templates are maintained once and apply everywhere. Professionals keep their own view while the organisation sees the whole schedule across sites.

07

Education

Deliver courses, training and certified learning content — from live sessions to self-paced modules. Run them as live sessions, as recordings on demand, or as a structured course with several dates. Participants register and pay through the same booking and payment modules, so you do not need a separate event tool, and attendance and completion are tracked for you.

08

Analytics

Dashboards and insights into usage, revenue and outcomes — the numbers you need to steer your platform. Read the numbers per site, per team or per service to see which part of the offer carries itself, and export them into your own reporting. Appointments, consultations, cancellations and revenue sit in one place instead of three.

09

Patient record

A GDPR-compliant record at the centre of every interaction — hosted in Germany, with a full audit trail. It holds documents, findings, consents and the full history of appointments and consultations, with an audit trail of who accessed what and when. Through the REST API it connects to the systems you already run, so the record does not become another island.

Six platforms, six very different jobs

Rural care with connected devices. A video consultation inside an app a customer already had. Medical assessments that needed no custom development at all. A research platform with study and control groups. A consultation that ends in a settled claim. And a full patient pathway from intake to follow-up. All six run on the modules above — you can see each case on our homepage.

From first call to go-live

  1. Consultation & module selection — we map your use case to the right modules. One to two weeks — bring the people who actually decide.
  2. Configuration & branding — your platform is set up in your design, on your domain. Two to four weeks. You provide logo, colours, the domain and your legal texts.
  3. Integration & testing — devices, payments and existing systems are connected. Two to six weeks, usually running in parallel with step 2. You provide the system contacts, test accounts and a small group of testers.
  4. Go-live & support — you launch in weeks, and we keep developing the platform with you. A single-module pilot can be live in about six weeks; a full white-label platform usually takes around three months.

Compliance you can hand to your legal team

Certified eight times over

Our video module is certified under Anlage 31b BMV-Ä, the standard for video consultations in German statutory healthcare. Eight platforms we operate are listed in the KBV register, certified by datenschutz cert GmbH and valid until April 2027. Case conferences under Anlage 31c are supported as well.

Up to 50 participants

The KBV register records a maximum participant count for every certified provider. Ours is 50 — the highest of any certified video service provider in Germany. That is what makes group therapy, study cohorts, training sessions and case conferences possible on a platform that stays billable in statutory care.

GDPR

Personal data stays inside the EU — there is no third-country transfer. You get a data processing agreement and the technical and organisational measures you need for your own records.

Hosted in Germany

All servers run in German data centres operated by secunet and SysEleven. Nothing leaves the EU, and you can name the operators in your own data protection assessment.

EU AI Act

We develop our AI features along the requirements of the EU AI Act: transparency about what is automated, human oversight wherever a decision affects care, and documentation you can pass to your own compliance team.

A REST API for everything

Every module is available through a comprehensive REST API, so your platform can be driven from the systems you already run. Where a project requires it, we extend the interface to HL7. Statutory billing with Techniker Krankenkasse runs through our EDIFACT interface.

Ask us for the documents

Certificates, the data processing agreement and our technical and organisational measures are available on request. Tell us what your assessment needs and we will send it.

Questions we get asked

There is no price list, because no two platforms are the same — but here is the orientation. A white-label platform starts at around €1,000 per month plus a one-off setup fee. If you only need to connect to our existing MEDITyme platform through the API, that starts at around €300 per month plus setup. What moves the figure is how many modules you use, how much is adapted to your brand, and which of your systems we connect.

Weeks, not months — the modules already exist, so nothing has to be built from scratch. A first pilot with one module can be live in about six weeks; a full white-label platform typically takes around three months. What actually sets the pace is your side: brand assets, the people who sign off, and access to the systems we connect.

Yes. Our video module is certified under Anlage 31b of the Bundesmantelvertrag-Ärzte, the standard that governs video consultations in statutory care — and it can be certified for your own white-label platform. Video case conferences between professionals under Anlage 31c are supported as well.

Really white-label. Your domain, your logo, your colours, your terms and privacy policy. Your users never see Tyme Group. We stay in the background as the technology partner and the operator of the infrastructure.

That is the usual path. Many customers start with a single widget — a video call or a booking form embedded in the website they already have — and grow into a full platform with their own branding and user management. The modules stay the same, so nothing has to be rebuilt when you add the next one.
